About the Gala
An Evening Celebrating Our Community
Once a year the North Shore Latino Business Association fills a ballroom with the people who run the region's Latino-owned businesses, the banks and institutions that back them, and the neighbors who depend on them.
The evening opens on the red carpet at six. Dinner follows, then the Business Awards, then a band. Along the way NSLBA recognizes the people building companies, creating jobs and strengthening cities like Lynn, Salem and Peabody.

Fifteen Years of NSLBA
What began as an evening celebrating local Latino entrepreneurship has grown into one of the North Shore's signature business events. Each year the association presents its Business Awards to a company, a businessman, a businesswoman and a non-profit, alongside honors chosen by its President.
The 2026 Gala marks the fifteenth year. It returns to Danversport on Sunday, September 13.
